Base Chat builds on our popular open-source product, now offering it as a cloud service. It uses Ragie's advanced multimodal retrieval  - the same technology behind projects like JFK Files and Mearsheimer.ai - to help you access your data more effectively.

With Base Chat, you can easily engage with all your company data sources like Google Drive, Notion and JIRA in one place, making it simpler to find valuable information within your knowledge base.

The platform offers flexibility by letting you select from AI models from different providers like Anthropic, Open AI and Meta rather than limiting you to a single provider. You can customize prompts to better match your company's needs, and personalize the experience with options like custom avatars and greetings.

For administrators, controls allow you to manage how users interact with the search features, balancing ease of use with appropriate oversight. You can also create public-facing chatbots to share your knowledge externally.

This gives you both a conversational interface for asking questions about your data and the foundation to build custom applications. Straightforward pricing

Base Chat costs $18 per user monthly, with one of three data plans:

• Starter: $100/month for up to 10,000 pages
• Pro: $500/month for up to 60,000 pages
• Enterprise: Custom pricing

Audio and video features are available through pay-as-you-go billing.
